  • Resend Inc. (USA): email delivery service for transactional communications.

These processors are bound by data processing agreements and comply with GDPR requirements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

Some of our third-party processors (Resend, Google) are based in the United States. These transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
