Check-in is fully self-service from 3:00 PM. You receive a unique Nuki smart lock code about 48 hours before arrival. Just enter the code on the keypad next to your apartment door — no keys, no waiting. Each apartment opens directly from the street.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Simply close the windows, turn off the A/C, leave used towels in the shower, and close the door behind you — it locks automatically. Late check-out until 2:00 PM may be available on request.

Is there parking available?

Free street parking is available on white-line zones in our quiet neighbourhood. For covered parking, One Park Estacionamiento and Parking La Torreta are both within a 2-minute walk. Check their websites for exact rates.

Yes. High-speed fibre WiFi is included in every apartment. Our guests consistently rate it 9.6/10 on Booking.com. Network name and password are provided with your check-in instructions.

Are pets allowed?

Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis — please let us know in advance with the breed and size. Dogs must stay off beds and sofas. Cats and other animals are not accepted.

All NeoBeds apartments are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any smoking devices. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas of the building only.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine (capsules included for day one), electric kettle, toaster, cookware, and tableware for 4-6 people. Olive oil, salt, and pepper are provided.

Yes. Each apartment has a Mitsubishi split-system A/C with both cooling and heating modes. The remote control is on the wall — snowflake icon for cooling, sun icon for heating.

How do I get from the airport?

Valencia Airport is about 20 minutes away. Taxi costs approximately €23-25. Metro Lines 3 or 5 take about 25 minutes for €5.80. Tell the taxi driver: corner of Calle Sagunto 8 and Calle Manya 1.

Several luggage storage services operate near the apartments. Bounce and Nannybag have drop-off points near Torres de Serranos from €2.50/day. Feel Free Centro near Mercado Central charges €5/day. Valencia Lockers offers 24/7 automated lockers from €4.95/day.

Every apartment has a Nespresso machine. We provide a selection of capsules for your first day. Additional capsules can be purchased at any nearby supermarket or the Nespresso boutique on Calle Colón.

Each apartment accommodates up to 2 adults. The number of guests must match your reservation. A baby cot is available free of charge for infants under 2 years old — just let us know in advance.

Our apartments are in a residential building. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Spanish law). No parties are allowed.

Consum supermarket is a 5-minute walk away — a large store with parking, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, wine section, and fresh produce (Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM–9:30 PM, closed Sundays). For a special experience, the Mercado Central (15 minutes on foot) offers fresh produce, seafood, cheese, and cured meats Monday to Saturday 7:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes. Each apartment has a Candy washer-dryer combo in the kitchen area, under the fridge. Detergent is provided under the kitchen sink. Use the 30-40°C program for most clothes. The dryer function uses the sun icon on the machine.

Early check-in before 3:00 PM is not guaranteed as it depends on the previous guest’s departure and cleaning schedule. When available, it may be offered for a small fee. We always try our best to accommodate.
